Our Customer: This world-recognised company is looking for a Senior Safari Consultant who shares their deep understanding of tourism, wildlife and the African Continent.
Their main aim is to promote awareness of Africa and the significance of safeguarding its natural heritage. Conservation is very important to them and they hope to source a Senior Safari Consultant with the same values.
In the role of Senior Safari Consultant, you will enjoy the benefit of working fully remotely with the opportunity to travel and work from anywhere in the world. Other benefits include flexible working hours as well as the opportunity of earning uncapped commission.
Job Description: This role offers the Senior Safari Consultant the opportunity to leverage their extensive knowledge of Africa to create exciting itineraries that will leave travellers eager to return time and time again.
- Liaising with clients to establish budget and interests
- Compiling quotations and safari itineraries to meet requirements
- Co-ordinating and managing all aspects of the tailor-made tours
- Ensuring each tour exceeds client’s expectations
- Staying abreast of developments within the industry in order to constantly update company product database
Experience Required: - A love for Africa
- Travelled extensively throughout Africa
- Minimum five years experience in selling FIT tours to Africa
- Skilled in TourPlan and ResRequest an advantage
