Job Description:

  • Provide a boutique, personal recruitment service that exceeds both the client's and the candidate's expectations, which will generate the volume of roles and a high conversion of candidates to placements
  • Business Development and Account Management to ensure a steady stream of roles to recruit
  • Creation of branding job adverts alongside your admin support person
  • Maximise responses and branding by sharing job posts on your LinkedIn social media page
  • Create daily searches using effective and accurate Boolean search strings across multiple job boards and the in-house ATS
  • Maximise the use of and maintain the ATS ensuring it's always up to date with candidate status
  • Follow GDPR and privacy rules and regulations at all times
  • Produce projects and direct mails within LinkedIn Recruiter that capture suitable candidates, and which elicit responses
  • Respond timeously to all applications, conducting thorough interviews using competency questioning that ensures candidate suitability
  • Share candidates with colleagues to assist with candidate selection and conversion (split commission will be rewarded to you for this)
  • Work closely with your assigned admin support person to ensure a fantastic candidate experience
  • Present candidates to customers using ATR branding and templates highlighting the key suitability reasons
  • Follow up on all applications within 48 hours to maximise interview conversion
  • Prepare all candidates thoroughly for interviews
  • Follow up all interviews with candidates within the same day and obtain customer feedback within 48 hours (where possible)
  • Build a strong personal LinkedIn profile complete with recommendations
Experience Required:
  • A track record of success within recruitment in the travel industry is essential
  • Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter is non-negotiable
  • Strong competence in business development and key account management
  • Excellent understanding of search techniques including Boolean search strings
  • Experience using an ATS/CRM system.
  • Networked and networker within the travel industry
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational abilities for managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Sound decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to tasks and objectives
  • Customer and colleague focus, with a dedication to fostering positive relationships
  • Ability to develop capability within oneself and others
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Intermediate Word & Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in IT use, including database management
  • Successful negotiation skills for securing deals and contracts
  • Ergonomic home work station

  • Monthly commission – OTE - On target earnings £80,000+ (uncapped)
