They are currently seeking a strategic, Managing Director to lead their team of inspirational department heads, driving strategic plans across all areas of the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all functions ensuring the growth of the business through the creation of an amazing workplace environment, excellent digital marketing, dynamic products, outstanding customer service and sales, and profitable financial practices.
Job Description: - Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute strategic plans for HR, product, finance, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience
- Inspire and lead a team of department heads, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, leveraging technology and trends to engage and expand their client base
- Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on the company's performance and strategic initiatives
- Maintain a strong focus on sustainable and responsible travel practices
- Foster relationships with high-net-worth clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
Experience Required: - Proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a scale-up business setting
- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and market trends
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence processes
- Capability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
- Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or similar reputable organization
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Passion for driving change and innovation
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving key metrics
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
