Job Description: Reporting directly to the CEO this role is globally responsible for the operations and safety of all travellers. You’ll have the pleasure of leading an already competent operations team and will bring your experience to the table to enhance and improve and help scale the business.
- Lead with excellent credibility drawn from your experience in global travel operations
- Distance manage teams across 3 offices in London, New York and Vietnam
- Use your experience to improve, tweak, reform operations to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Represent Operations with the CEO and Board of Directors providing timely updates and reports
- Lead incident management
- Establish tour targets and budgets, and ensure their fulfillment
- Collaborate with other departments for progress and creativity
Experience Required: - Senior Tour Ops/DMC experience within a senior operations role
- Must have experience working within Asia in travel operations
- Excellent track record of helping a business grow and scale its operations
- Possess strong communication skills, facilitating the effective communication of business objectives and requirements to a diverse team
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, encompassing the collection and utilisation of operational data for informed business decisions
