Who you’ll be working for:

Our client is a West-London-based, award-winning, tailor-made, niche travel specialist who has enjoyed year-on-year growth, securing an enviable reputation in the industry. They are now looking to further grow their team due to their ongoing success by adding a well-organised Email and CRM Marketing Executive to join their vibrant, friendly, and knowledgeable team.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will lead email marketing efforts with a primary focus on generating leads. You will be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns, maintaining data lists, and ensuring to stay at the forefront of key email marketing strategies, including journey mapping, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you identify critical points in the customer journey and analyse CRM data to develop targeted email campaigns, covering post-enquiry, post-booking, post-travel, and more. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will be essential to align email strategy with broader goals.
You'll also be tasked with designing responsive email templates that work seamlessly across various devices and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns through rigorous quality assurance processes. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in creating documentation and roadmaps for processes and testing.
This role is instrumental in driving the company’s email marketing strategy, engaging its audience effectively, and contributing to its overall business success.

  • Previous experience in email marketing
  • Good knowledge of email marketing compliance rules and regulations
  • Skilled in journey mapping, audience segmentation, campaign planning, A/B testing, automation and execution
  • Showcase strong analytical abilities and a talent for deciphering data
  • Spot opportunities in the customer journey for creating emails, such as post-enquiry, post-booking tailored to different destinations, and post-travel communication
  • Interact very well in a social and professional level
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in problem-solving
  • Demonstrates excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive approach
What they’re offering:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and achievements
