This CRM Marketing Specialist is a key role in their strategy to grow and retain their UHNW memberships.

Job Description:

This role is pivotal in utilising their sophisticated databases to segment, attract, and acquire new members, while employing various innovative marketing techniques through a multichannel approach.

The CRM Marketing Specialist will also focus on retaining their exclusive clients by developing and implementing engaging content and email campaigns to ensure they remain connected and engaged.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyse and segment their database to identify and target potential new members effectively
  • Acquisition Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to attract and acquire new ultra-high nett worth members
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies, including personalised content calendars and email campaigns, to maintain high levels of client engagement
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and achieve maximum ROI
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and personalised content tailored to the interests and preferences of their h clients
  • Multichannel Approach: Utilise various marketing channels such as email, social media, direct mail, and events to reach and engage their target audience
  • Automation and Personalisation: Leverage marketing automation tools to deliver personalised and timely communications to their clients
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the customer journey and identify key touchpoints to enhance the client experience and build long lasting relationships
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyse customer feedback to continually improve their services and marketing strategies
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards

Experience Required:

  • Proven crm acquisiton and retention marketing experience is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
