Job Description:
  
In this Business Development Manager role, you will aim to boost sales in your area by building strong connections with travel trade partners, raising brand awareness, and finding new customers. You will represent multiple brands, helping agents and operators choose the best fit for growth.
  
  • Develop and execute tailored business plans to maximise sales opportunities for the business tour brands
  • Attend relevant trade shows
  • Provide product training to agents and partners
  • Host family trips
  • Manage budget and marketing funds effectively
  
  
Experience Required:  
  
  • 1-3 years experience in business development/sales within the travel industry is essential
  • Able to travel 50% of the time
  • Driven by success
  • Commercial with the ability to negotiate
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Highly organised
  • Driving licence
