Job Description:
  
As the Account Manager you will maintain the already strong relationships with the existing global OTA’s, maximising sales and seek out new OTA relationships and business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global OTA’s
  • Conduct regular meetings with OTA’s existing and new, to drive business
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial and the broader marketing team to develop the company's annual trade and promotional marketing strategy
  • Negotiate beneficial business agreements with distribution partners, fostering strong partnerships that deliver notable commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to create and oversee a fitting marketing budget aimed at boosting sales and achieving a strong ROI
  • Secure new partnership leads, present and finalise optimal agreements with fresh sales avenues.
  • Take charge of the integration process
  
  
Experience Required:  

  • You must have a track record of success within the travel industry cultivating B2B accounts
  • Good understanding of distribution via OTA’s
  • Driven by success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You can effectively showcase a strategy and confidently present business plans and ideas to top-level executives
  • Great ability to manage relationships with various groups, effectively communicating with individuals at different levels
