Job Description: Providing outstanding sales and service, managing key accounts, and selling holidays with a focus on customer satisfaction, and profitability, while helping your team exceed targets.
- Providing top-notch service to both new and existing clients, focusing on converting new accounts and retaining current ones
- Keeping abreast of your niche product by conducting market and customer analysis, examining insights, participating in product knowledge trips, and sharing insights effectively with your team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Supporting senior managers with daily team operations
Experience Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry
- Deep passion for and experience in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as the Indian Ocean Islands
- Results driven
- Approachable and friendly demeanour, fostering positive client and team interactions
