Job Description: As the Head of Operations, you'll play a crucial role in leading this innovative team, ensuring that their exceptional service continues to make travelling for business a true pleasure.
- Convert business objectives into actionable plans for the team
- Develop, implement, and oversee daily operations within the organisation
- Inspire staff to uphold the highest quality standards of the company’s brand
- Set departmental budgets and evaluate performance
- Assess team structures and manage recruitment and retention strategies
- Ensure employees receive essential training and development opportunities
- Verify the effectiveness of company procedures
- Lead, inspire, and nurture the operations team
- Keep informed about industry trends and advancements
- Ensure customer complaints and compliments are actioned in a timely manner
- Meet with clients for development initiatives
- Work closely with senior management for strategic alignment
Experience Required: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people effectively
- Extensive management experience withing a corporate travel environment
- Great at influencing others and negotiating deals
- Good business sense with a clear understanding of market trends
- Solid experience in creating and implementing strategic plans in partnerships and operations
- Able to read and understand financial data
- High level of empathy, promoting a positive team environment
- Excellent knowledge of Amadeus software
- Skilled in using online booking tools
- Good understanding of operational processes and systems
