They are seeking a Group Proposals Consultant to join their dynamic team who share a genuine passion for the continent.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for crafting tailored tour packages, negotiating and securing competitive rates, and ensuring a high conversion of quotes into bookings.
- Primary point of contact dealing with clients daily
- Develop customised proposals that align with the client’s budget, preferences, and travel requirements
- Confirm availability of accommodation and services in desired destinations
- Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers to ensure clients receive the best value
- Attend company training and events
- Ensure all administrative and documentation requirements are met throughout the proposal and booking process
- Facilitate a smooth handover to the group operations team
Experience Required: - Skilled in quoting on group inbound travel packages
- Tertiary education
- Excellent knowledge of Tourplan
- Skilled in Microsoft suite
- Highly focused on customer satisfaction
- Open to traveling for educational trips as needed
