Over the last few years, this business has grown both in customer revenue and business acquisition and has even greater plans to dominate the niche sector in which they operate.
With a multi-language contact centre in Malaga and another in Croatia they receive enquiries, sales and customer service calls from customers throughout Europe.
While it’s a travel business, you don’t need to be from the travel industry. They believe that passion and determination are the ingredients for a flourishing contact centre operations manager career with them.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of Team Leads and support functions, tailoring the customer service strategy to local needs, and driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance to new heights.
They are in search of an experienced contact centre operations manager who is customer-focused, relationship-driven, and brings an abundance of energy to their sales and service team in Malaga.

Key aspects of the Operations Manager role include strategic leadership, overseeing a team of 3 team leads and approximately 45 agents, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring performance metrics, enhancing customer engagement, maintaining stakeholder communication, and supporting system integration to streamline operations.
