Job Description: This role is critical to the success of the business. The Account Managers, whom you will lead, are responsible for retaining clients and maximising the occupancy and revenue from their products.
- Oversee a small team of account managers
- Retaining and developing client partnerships
- Visiting clients to discuss occupancy and sales and provide improvement recommendations
- Consistently monitoring competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
- Share trading updates with the broader organization through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Constantly monitor client success using both observational insights and detailed analytical reports
Experience Required: - Must have experience within the travel industry
- Must be commercially minded
- Leadership experience
- Experience with salesforce would be great
- Target driven
- Skilled in analytics
- Strong expertise in managing partner relationships
