Who you’ll be working for:
We are thrilled to be invited to recruit for this multiple award winning, ‘best in their category’ in November 2022, an award for ‘innovation in responsible and sustainable tourism’ in October 2022 and many more, niche travel business who are now looking to add a Senior Business Development Manager to their close-knit travel trade sales team.
What you’ll do:
As the Senior Business Development Manager for this niche responsible and sustainable travel product, you will drive increased brand awareness through the development of a strategic plan which will create new, repeat and referral enquiries and bookings.
Regular virtual and face to face meetings, updates, check-ins, webinars, trade shows and events are critical to the success of this role ensuring that new relationships are developed, and existing partners have the feeling of care, visibility and connection.
You will also be responsible for the coaching and development of less experienced team members so good experience within a sales leadership role is critical.
Your success will be measured on the business growth from prospecting and introducing new partners together with an expansion in market share.

What you’ll do:
This Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for driving brand awareness of this luxury travel product throughout the Southeast network of trade partners, maximising sales at every opportunity. You will be naturally high energy and engaging with the ability, experience and expertise to enthuse and inspire a travel industry audience to sell your product. You will influence sales through shop and office visits, the delivery of regional training, hosting fam trips and being the face of the brand at industry trade events.
