HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST LONDON HYBRID (2 DAYS AT HOME) UPTO £45,000 Who you’ll be working for: We are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting a Human Resources Specialist for an amazing Europe wide, leading travel specialist within their niche area. They are the chosen business partner by many OTA’s, tour operators, travel agencies and airlines as a key business partner/supplier.
What you’ll do: We are looking for an organized and efficient Human Resources Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our customers Human Resources department. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing personnel management activities, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and payroll. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the UK HR function and work with your colleagues in offices around Europe. This role also includes the added benefit of working from home 2 days a week.
Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees
• Administer employee benefits and payroll
• Develop and manage employee relations programs
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Provide guidance and assistance to managers and staff on HR-related topics
• Develop and manage training and development programs
• Coordinate and facilitate employee events
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting of HR costs
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain employee files and records

Must have experience working with international based HR colleagues · Qualification within Human Resources
· Proven experience in a similar HR role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge and practice of UK employment laws
· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
· Good decision making skills
