BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT – OUT OF HOURS LONDON MAYFAIR/HYBRID £35,000 – 4 NIGHTS A WEEK – 21.00 – 09.00 Who you’ll be working for: This is no run of the mill, standard, business travel company. Indeed, this recently formed travel offering has been created to provide a unique service for ultra-high nett worth, members only casino and world class fine dining restaurant, rich and famous customers. As their Out Of Hours Business Travel Consultant for this well established and super luxury company you will be providing corporate travel for real highfliers.
What you’ll do: Working 2 evenings a week from their luxury casino in Mayfair and 2 days from home (flexible), this role will see the experienced business travel consultant book, ticket and amend end-to-end flights, accommodation and transfer services.
The bespoke service provided guarantees the customers with absolute discretion, ensuring their travel plans always remain private and confidential.
What they’re looking for: - Experienced end-to-end business travel customer (from reservations through to ticketing and amends)
- At least 3+ years GDS experience, ideally Amadeus or Galileo
- Trustworthy and confidential individual
- Great decision maker and problem solver
- Fantastic communication skills
- Passionate about delivering the best customer service at all times
- Empathetic and understanding
