My customer is looking for a travel industry experienced Head of Sales to join their hugely successful and very well-established, international travel business. With operations in over 120 countries and a significant head count within their business, they provide a tech driven, dynamic, innovative, gratifying, service to their travel business partners and customers.
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a travel industry experienced Head of Sales who can lead and motivate their remote teams of Sales Manager to achieve outstanding results. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, overseeing the development of sales plans and budgets, and providing leadership and direction to your team.
You should have a proven track record within the travel industry, distance managing teams of sales managers who represent a travel brand. You will have excellent sales management experience and have knowledge of the latest sales trends and techniques used to hunt and gather business opportunities. You will be highly organised and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
