Who you’ll be working for:
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join our customers team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up in their career and wants to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and growing organisation.
My customer is a hugely successful and very well-established, international travel business. With operations in over 120 countries and a significant head count within their business, they provide a tech driven, dynamic, innovative, gratifying, service to their travel business partners and customers.
What you’ll do:
As the Finance Business Partner and working together with a FPA Analyst you will be responsible for partnering with the heads of department and senior management to provide strategic and financial insights into business operations. You will need to be a CIMA qualified professional with exceptional analytical skills, as well as being an advanced user of Excel, PowerBI, and PowerQuery. You should be able to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data in order to business model, forecast, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support the heads of department and senior management in making strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the business planning process.
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on monthly performance reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
- Partner with the heads of department to understand business needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

- CIMA qualified.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced user of Excel, PowerBI, and PowerQuery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with heads of department and senior management.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience.
